About Brenda

Brenda Lilly is the founder of B. Lilly Strength & Longevity, a private personal training and coaching practice built on one core belief: it is never too early — or too late — to build a stronger, more capable body.

Brenda works with men and women across the full spectrum of life, from driven adults in their mid-20s to active clients in their 80s. Her current client roster spans that entire range, reflecting her ability to meet each individual exactly where they are — whether that's an athlete looking to move more efficiently, a professional managing desk-related tension, someone recovering from injury, or an older adult committed to maintaining independence and vitality.

With over 20 years of leadership and transformation experience — including senior roles at Fortune 100 companies Collins Aerospace and Raytheon Technologies — Brenda brings a rare combination of structured, results-driven thinking and deep human-centered coaching to every session. Her executive background, paired with advanced certifications across multiple fitness disciplines, means her clients receive programming that is both rigorous and compassionate.

The B. Lilly Longevity Method™ — The BUILD Framework

Every client program is guided by Brenda's BUILD framework — a structured, whole-body approach to training that emphasizes long-term results over short-term fixes:

  • Balance — stability, coordination, and injury prevention
  • Underlying Mobility — joint health and quality of movement
  • Intentional Strength — progressive resistance training scaled to your level
  • Longevity Conditioning — cardiovascular endurance for the demands of real life
  • Daily Movement — sustainable habits that support an active, independent lifestyle

Each program is fully tailored to the individual — combining structured progression, hands-on technique coaching, and consistent accountability.
