Brenda Lilly is the founder of B. Lilly Strength & Longevity, a private personal training and coaching practice built on one core belief: it is never too early — or too late — to build a stronger, more capable body.

Brenda works with men and women across the full spectrum of life, from driven adults in their mid-20s to active clients in their 80s. Her current client roster spans that entire range, reflecting her ability to meet each individual exactly where they are — whether that's a professional managing desk-related tension, someone recovering from injury, or an older adult committed to maintaining independence and vitality.

Whether you sit for long periods of time, are a weekend warrior, or fall somewhere in-between, it is quite likely that you may have a movement deficiency that is causing suboptimal physical performance and increased physical pain. As a specialist certified in corrective exercise, I can perform movement assessments, make referrals to medical professionals when necessary, and incorporate appropriate strategies into your training program to help you correct movement dysfunctions and muscle imbalances. Ultimately, this will lead to improved physical performance and reduced physical pain.

Whether you are looking to improve core strength, enhance flexibility, or move with greater control and precision, Pilates offers a highly effective approach to building a strong, balanced body. As a certified Pilates Instructor, my training is rooted in mat-based Pilates — blending fitness science with anatomy, movement mechanics, and core-focused programming. I incorporate Pilates-based principles into your training to improve posture, stability, and overall movement quality, with modifications tailored to your individual needs and fitness level. This method emphasizes controlled movement, proper alignment, and mind-body connection — helping you build strength from the inside out and create a stronger, more resilient foundation for everyday life.

What you eat matters just as much as how you train — and knowing what to eat is only half the battle. As a certified Nutrition Coach, I help bridge the gap between knowing what to eat and actually making those choices consistently every day. My training covers the science of how the body metabolizes food for fuel, muscle development, and fat loss, as well as the psychological strategies behind food selection and habit change. I can help you understand your macronutrients, design a personalized nutrition plan, and build the daily habits that turn real results into a lasting lifestyle — not just a short-term fix.

 

ISSA Group Fitness Instructor

Group training brings a unique energy that individual sessions can't replicate — and as a certified Group Fitness Instructor, I'm equipped to channel that energy into safe, effective, and motivating workouts for 2 to 4 participants. Whether you're training with a friend, a family member, or a small group of colleagues, I design sessions that challenge every individual while keeping the group moving together. Group fitness is a powerful way to stay accountable, stay motivated, and make training something you look forward to.

 

TRX Certified Trainer

TRX Suspension Training is one of the most effective tools for building full-body strength, stability, and functional fitness — using your own bodyweight as resistance. As a TRX-certified trainer, I'm trained to safely and effectively program suspension-based exercises for all fitness levels, customizing movements to match your goals, limitations, and current capabilities. TRX is especially valuable for clients focused on core strength, mobility, and low-impact training that still delivers real results.
